Taking over your tenant and devices, in four moves

Handovers go wrong when nobody writes down what exists. We start by finding out, and we do it without needing your current provider's cooperation.

Days 1–3

Read-only assessment

We audit your tenant, identity configuration, device fleet and licence spend. Nothing changes yet. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.

Days 4–7

The written plan

What is wrong, what it would cost to fix, and what can wait. Priced in advance. If your current setup is fine, we will say so.

Days 8–21

Cutover

Admin access transferred, baseline security applied, devices enrolled in stages. Staff get a one-page note about what changes for them.

Day 22 onward

Steady state

A custom client portal, open 24/7, with your asset register, security scores and licences. Each quarter we review the last period's projects, gather your feedback and line up the next.

Step 1: the read-only assessment

We audit your Microsoft 365 tenant, identity and Conditional Access configuration, device fleet and licence spend. On the device side that means which laptops are enrolled, which Intune policies are assigned and whether any conflict, how updates are configured, and whether compliance is actually enforced. Nothing changes during this step. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.

Step 2: the written plan

You receive a plain-English plan: what is wrong, what it would cost to fix, and what can wait. It is priced in advance. If your current setup is fine, we will say so.

Step 3: cutover

Admin access is transferred, the security baseline is applied, and devices are enrolled in Intune in stages, starting with a pilot group. Update rings, compliance policies and Conditional Access are switched on in that order. Staff get a one-page note about what changes for them.

Step 4: steady state

You get a custom client portal, available 24/7, showing your asset register, security scores, active user count, licence assignments, shared mailbox delegation and SharePoint links. The data is there whenever you need it. Each quarter we summarise the previous period's projects, gather your feedback and line up new projects for the next quarter. If something feels off in between, tell us.

Do we need our current provider's help?

No. The handover is planned so it does not depend on your current provider's cooperation to succeed. If they do help, it goes faster. Our tenant handover checklist lists what to ask them for.

Read-only, no obligation, and you keep the findings either way. We usually respond same day.
