We use a separate name for this site because it is where we write about Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID in detail. The service, the people and the agreement are the same.
Who it suits
Most of the businesses we look after have between 10 and 150 staff. Below about five people, paying for IT support only when something breaks usually costs less than a managed service, and we will tell you that if it applies to you. We take full ownership of each client's tenant rather than sharing it with an internal IT person, because a shared setup leaves nobody clearly accountable.
What the service includes
A flat $150 per user per month covers the service desk, security monitoring (including a 24/7 cybersecurity remediation SOC), Intune device management, Microsoft 365 backup with scheduled test restores, monitoring, a custom client portal you can open any time, and projects planned quarter by quarter. Tickets aren't charged individually, and work outside office hours costs nothing extra. Microsoft licences and hardware are resold at cost; Jinba IT is a Microsoft CSP partner and passes licences through at its CSP price.
Terms
The agreement is six pages in plain English, month to month, with a month's notice and no exit fee. If you leave, you get every credential, document and configuration record we hold. We tell clients when something is our fault.
Where we work
We do onsite work across greater Melbourne and support businesses in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and regional Victoria remotely. Most problems are fixed remotely within the hour; onsite visits are booked, along with office moves, fitouts and new sites. We are in the office from 8:30am to 5:30pm Melbourne time, Monday to Friday. Security alerts are triaged around the clock, weekends included.
