What we specialise in

Devices and sign-ins, configured properly and kept that way.

Intune and Conditional Access are easy to switch on and easy to get wrong. Most of our work is building them in the right order and keeping them tidy.

Intune device management

Every company laptop and computer enrolled, configured from named profiles, checked by compliance policies and patched in rings. Lost device, wiped remotely.

  • Configuration built from small, named, piloted profiles
  • Compliance policies that prove encryption, patching and protection
  • Local admin passwords rotated and backed up with Windows LAPS
  • BitLocker encryption on, with recovery keys held centrally

Conditional Access and Entra ID

Sign-in rules that decide who gets in, from where and on what device: enforced MFA, legacy authentication blocked and compliant devices required.

Windows Autopilot

New laptops ship straight from the supplier to the person who will use them, and set themselves up with your apps and security on first sign-in.

Windows update management

Pilot, broad and late update rings with deadlines people can live with, driver updates under control, and a pause when Microsoft ships a bad one.

Also included in the same fee

The rest of a managed Microsoft 365 service, run to the same standard.

Tenant design and migration

Whether you are coming off a file server, off Google Workspace, or off a provider who never finished the job, we rebuild the tenant to a documented standard and move you across in stages.

Detection and response

Defender for Endpoint plus a human security operations centre. When something trips at 3am, a person triages it and calls us, not a dashboard nobody reads.

Backup that has been restored

Mail, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams backed up outside Microsoft, and test-restored on a schedule so we know it works before you need it.

Support your staff will use

Named engineers who learn your business. Plain answers, no ticket theatre, and we tell you when something is our fault.

Onboarding

Taking over your tenant and devices, in four moves.

Handovers go wrong when nobody writes down what exists. We start by finding out, and we do it without needing your current provider's cooperation.

Days 1–3

Read-only assessment

We audit your tenant, identity configuration, device fleet and licence spend. Nothing changes yet. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.

Days 4–7

The written plan

What is wrong, what it would cost to fix, and what can wait. Priced in advance. If your current setup is fine, we will say so.

Days 8–21

Cutover

Admin access transferred, baseline security applied, devices enrolled in stages. Staff get a one-page note about what changes for them.

Day 22 onward

Steady state

A custom client portal, open 24/7, with your asset register, security scores and licences. Each quarter we review the last period's projects, gather your feedback and line up the next.

How a tenant takeover works →
Security baseline

The same controls on every tenant, not just the ones who asked.

Most breaches we get called about are not clever. They are a missing MFA policy, an unmanaged laptop, or a mailbox rule nobody noticed.

How we charge

Flat per-user fee. Licences at cost. Leave whenever you like.

$150 per user, per month

Everything is included. Support, security, device management, backup, monitoring, projects planned each quarter. No per-ticket charges, and projects are covered by the fee.

Licences at cost

We are a Microsoft CSP partner and pass licences through at the price we pay. If a cheaper licence mix does the job, we will move you to it and earn nothing from the change.

Month to month

No three-year term, no exit fee. Give a month's notice and we hand over every credential, document and configuration record we hold, in a usable format.

Questions we get asked

Before you get in touch.

Can you take over an Intune setup someone else started?

Yes, and it is common. The read-only assessment shows which devices are enrolled, which policies are assigned, where they conflict, and whether compliance and Conditional Access are actually enforced. We keep what is sound and rebuild the rest in stages, piloting each change before it reaches everyone.

We have an internal IT person. Can you share the work with them?

No. We don't split a tenant with anyone. When two parties share the admin work, it becomes unclear who owns a policy or an alert, and both threats and improvements wait while that gets sorted out. We take full ownership of the Microsoft 365 tenant and the devices in it so we can act quickly. If someone looks after IT for you today, talk to us about how the handover would work.

Do you only work with businesses in Melbourne?

Melbourne is home and where we do onsite work, including the CBD, South Melbourne, Port Melbourne, Richmond, Cremorne and the inner east. Because Microsoft 365 management is cloud-native, we also run tenants for businesses in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and regional Victoria.
